It is made according to tradition, with double fermentation. The grapes are dried for 45 days in the open air before vinification in order to concentrate the aromas. This produces a powerful red wine. Its color is intense ruby. On the nose the bouquet is intense with notes of red fruits, spices and chocolate. The Ca'Botta estate is located in Veneto in northern Italy. This estate, created in 2009, has an exceptional location and terroir. The estate oscillates between tradition by offering authentic vintages from the region; and innovation. He continues to create new technologies for winemaking, fermentation and maceration.
