Benoît Lorlut has dedicated himself for several years to reinventing caramel. He breaks the codes of this traditional product and brings a breath of fresh air to it thanks to his talent and audacity. This creative artisan designs and manufactures caramels with high quality ingredients which have a unique melting texture, with aromas worked by infusion and surprising flavors, as well as spreads with a creamy and ultra melting texture.

Its composition: sugar and glucose syrup until cooked as desired, added with cream from a local dairy, supplemented with high quality chocolate, fresh butter, cocoa butter and depending on the case, coffee, bergamot tea , blackcurrant leaf, Tonka bean, verbena or yuzu . The production is artisanal.
