HISTORY OF THE ESTATE
The estate covers 54 hectares of vines, with a diversity of grape varieties for red wines (Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre) and white wines (Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Vermentino and Viognier). This scope offers great flexibility to select the best grapes each year, thus ensuring the consistency of the wines. Since 2008, they have been certified in Organic Agriculture, practicing environmentally friendly viticulture. The grapes are harvested and sorted manually. On the five hectares of older plots, they adopted the principles of biodynamics and used horse plowing.
