This Mâcon Villages from Domaine Des Gandines comes from young vines, planted on stony and silty soils. The fermentation is natural, and it contains a low quantity of sulfites (60 mg/l), the wine is aged on lees for 9 months. It is an ideal wine for an aperitif or to accompany oysters. An elegant wine with a very beautiful substance.

In the heart of the Mâconnais, in the south of Burgundy, the Gandines vineyard is a family estate operated by the Dananchet family for four generations. The wines have been AB certified since 2009 and Demeter certified from the 2019 vintage.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine can also accompany oysters.
