BRAND HISTORY
The brand “LES TERRES BLANCHES” was created in 2018. The name was inspired by the salt pans which offer a magnificent view of landscapes covered in salt. Passionate about gastronomy, Sonia Fanger launched the brand "Les Terres Blanches" with the desire to introduce the best French fleur de sel harvested in an artisanal way.
Fleur de sel is a true French local product. In France there is a richness in the variety of Fleur de sel with provenances from the Atlantic coast as well as the Mediterranean coast.

RECIPES

Fleur de sel cannot be cooked and must be added off the heat, when serving. This mixture goes wonderfully with your foie gras , your fine meats and fish.
