The Analepse vintage from Domaine des Terres Promises is a superb maceration white. 100% Carignan, this white wine comes from the oldest vines on the estate. The result of a long maceration, this orange wine is then aged in casks for 12 months. On the palate, we discover a wine with very expressive aromas. Notes of sap and pine resin accompany candied fruit. The Analepse vintage is an original and surprising wine, to be tasted at least once in your life!

History of the estate

Created in 2004, Domaine Les Terres Promises is located in the heart of Provence, in Roquebrussanne. At its head, Jean-Christophe Comor is an autodidact, a former professor at Sciences Po, he left Paris to offer himself a more peaceful life. Domaine Les Terres Promises cultivates its vines organically, and does not use any chemical inputs (except a little sulfur). A lover of his terroir, Jean-Christophe offers us wines of great sincerity of taste with “the truth of the pebble in the glass”. Creative, he innovates with each vintage and creates new vintages according to his inspiration. Maceration white, red or fruity white, the Domaine des Terres Promises offers us high-end vintages.
