Presentation of the Domaine de Sinaca Villa - Sinaca Rosé

Discover Domaine Sinaca Villa with the Sinaca Rosé vintage, an IGP Mediterranean Luberon wine, a very pale rosé with gray reflections. A gourmet nose that takes us to lands where small red fruits grow with lemony notes. The palate is beautifully fresh, bringing out notes of raspberries and passion fruit. The grapes are picked in the middle of the night to maintain freshness and crisp aromas. Once the harvest arrives it will immediately be pressed and this is what gives the wine its clarity and brilliance. A great success.

HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Sinaca Villa ? This is the name given to the City of Sénas in the 9th century. The vineyard is located in this beautiful commune, in Provence between Alpilles and Luberon. Red, white and rosé wines are produced there on an area of 6 hectares.
Agathe and Nicolas returned from their experiences in the new world to give birth to a whole new domain. : purchase of agricultural land, selection of grape varieties, planting of vines and finally construction of a winery.

The vines are planted in the ancient Durance valley. The complexity of the soils between pebbles and clay transmits great minerality and richness to the wines.
The grapes are picked in the middle of the night to maintain freshness and crisp aromas.
