HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Domaine Clovallon is located in the mountains of Haut-Languedoc. It extends over around ten hectares, located close to the mountains, which temper the heat and summer and the cool nights preserve the taste and balance of the grapes. Concerned about the environment, Catherine and Alix Roque work biodynamically, certified Demeter. The harvest is manual and the vinification is natural. This meticulous work offers us high-altitude wines full of finesse and elegance. Domaine Clovallon is constantly innovating and offering atypical vintages.
