Presentation of the Sinaca Villa Estate - Sinaca Blanc

Discover the Domaine Sinaca Villa with the Sinaca Blanc vintage, an IGP Méditerranée Luberon wine, a golden color with green highlights . A gourmet nose that takes us on notes of flint and apricot. The palate is a beautiful freshness and tangy with citrus flavors. A beautiful length with a finish on buttery and lemony notes. The grapes are picked in the middle of the night to keep the freshness and crunchiness of the aromas. The harvest is cold macerated in the press for 6 hours to reveal all the grapes' potential. A great success.

HISTORY OF THE DOMAIN

Sinaca Villa ? This is the name given to the town of Sénas in the 9th century. The vineyard is located in this beautiful town, in Provence between Alpilles and Luberon. Red, white and rosé wines are produced there on an area of 6 hectares.
Agathe and Nicolas returned from their experiences in the new world to create a completely new estate: purchasing agricultural land, selecting grape varieties, planting vines and finally building a winery.

The vines are planted in the old Durance valley. The complexity of the soils between pebbles and clays gives great minerality and richness to the wines.
The grapes are picked in the middle of the night to preserve the freshness and crispness of the aromas.
