Presentation of the Domaine Camille and Laurent Schaller Petit Chablis - White

Soft, fairly pale golden color. Nose of white flowers and citrus fruits, especially lime, with a mineral sensation very present on the flint. The palate delicately restores the aromas present on the nose with the liveliness and freshness characteristic of its Petit Chablis appellation. On the finish, we perceive the minerality and a certain salinity. Domaine Camille and Laurent Schaller delivers here a dry white Burgundy wine terribly effective as an aperitif or with a shellfish platter!

HISTORY OF THE DOMAIN

THE Camille and Laurent Schaller Estate is a 15-hectare family estate located in Préhy, in the heart of Chablis vineyard. While since the 1980s, the estate had sold its harvest to the cooperative, in 2014, Camille newly arrived on the family farm and her father Laurent Schaller , produced their first vintage which was immediately acclaimed by critics! Since these promising beginnings, the estate has continued to improve its wines in the appellation Little Chablis , Chablis And Chablis 1st Vaucoupin Cru in particular. If you like dry white wines from Burgundy and its emblematic grape variety: Chardonnay, you absolutely must discover the wines of Camille and Laurent Schaller Estate !
