They cultivate, sort and select their vanilla pods to retain only the jewels: a rich, fatty, supple and sweet gourmet vanilla with exquisite and intense flavors. They are committed to a logic of fair trade: ensuring the educational, social and environmental development of their community, more particularly the village of Andranovato. The vanilla is also certified organic. Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia) is a climbing vine that can reach around fifteen meters in height. Growing in a tropical climate, after flowering it gives green fruits in the shape of long beans, which we call pods. The Vanilla genus belongs to the Orchid family and has more than a hundred species.

Max Daumin has always appreciated nature, plants and the use that we can make of them in terms of gastronomy! Naturally curious, he is constantly ready to explore new flavors, scents and aromas. Having inherited the passion for spices from his mother, born in Madagascar, Max decided to reproduce the use she made of it: always use a freshly ground spice for an explosion of flavors.

RECIPES
