History of the brewery

Brasserie Sulauze is an organic artisanal micro brewery created in Miramas a few years ago. Located in the heart of a Provençal wine estate, this brewery works in harmony with the surrounding nature using organic and biodynamic methods to offer you quality beers that respect the environment. The two passionate friends set up their brewery in the former sheepfold of the estate and created a wood-fired heating system unique in France. The goal of the two brewers is to work in a traditional and ecological way. Thanks to barley and hops planted directly on the estate and grown biodynamically, the brewery offers seasonal beers with exceptional taste and 100% local. All beers are top and bottom fermentation, long matured, unpasteurized and unfiltered. The brewery presents a whole range of character beers, with different styles Barley Wine, Indian Pale Ale, Stout, Porter, etc…
