Presentation of Château Les Landes de Cach - Pauillac - Rouge

Set off to discover Château Les Landes de Cach, a very small estate in Pauillac (in terms of size, not talent!) nestled among the larger ones! Beautiful garnet red color, brilliant, aeration reveals aromas of red fruits with beautiful notes of blackcurrant. The attack on the palate is supple, with a beautiful tannin structure. Beautiful aromatic complexity with woody notes, very melted toasted vanilla. A wine to keep in the cellar. This Château Les Landes de Cach is a beautiful Pauillac in a vintage already ready to drink for the most impatient!

HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Château Les Landes de Cach is a very small property of only 1.6 hectares of vines in the heart of the Pauillac appellation located between Pichon-Longueville and Batailley. Its owner Henri Musso also has vines in the Haut Médoc and Moulis appellations. It was in 1979 that Henri decided to acquire these historic but until then abandoned properties, to restore their letter of nobility, through hard work, by producing distinguished and elegant wines. Anecdote: Henri Musso's daughter raises Pauillac lambs on the family property, a food/wine pairing already found!

Roasted leg of lamb from Pauillac, grilled rib of beef, sautéed mushrooms, game on a spit or stew, etc...
