Presentation of Château d'Or and Gueules- Les Cimels - Rosé
Discover the Les Cimels vintage, a fruity organic rosé wine ideal to accompany your summer cuisine. Les Cimels means “bouquet of fruits” in Occitan and perfectly describes this organic wine offered by Château d’Or et de Gueules . The pale pink color invites tasting, the nose reveals a bouquet of fruits and flowers of beautiful complexity. On the palate we enjoy tasting a high quality rosé wine, fruity with notes of citrus and white flowers. Its long, round mouthfeel remains fresh and makes this cuvée the perfect rosé wine for summer!
History of the estate
Château d'Or et de Gueules is a family estate located in the heart of the Camargue, in Costières de Nîmes. The estate takes its name from the coat of arms of the Puymorin family who currently owns the estate. Gold represents the breadth and warmth of the south and Red (Gueules in old French) the character and power of the estate's wines. Château d'Or et de Gueules offers original wines, rich in personality, produced with respect for the environment since the estate works organically with the ABoire Rouge vintage, a convivial red wine, perfect for meals with friends. This estate highlights its very particular terroir with unique vintages with an excellent quality/pleasure/price ratio, already rewarded several times. To be tested urgently!
