The collaboration between the Les Deux Font la Bière brewery and the Ferroni spirits house, established at the Château des Creissauds in Aubagne, gave birth to the Bière du Garlaban au Rhum Boucan d'Enfer . Maison Ferroni, renowned for its wide range of spirits, including Rhum Boucan d'Enfer , distills its products from seasonal fruits and herbs grown in Provence. This creation goes far beyond a simple rum beer. This amber beer was aged for several months in oak barrels that had previously held the Rhum "Boucan d'Enfer", a smoky rum with a peaty taste from Maison Ferroni, itself aged in barrels of peated whisky from the Isle of Islay. The result of this aging gives an amber beer with peaty notes and
aromas of Rum and Whiskey. An original and unique creation!
