BRAND HISTORY

The history of the Fiasconaro company begins in the 1950s with founder Mario Fiasconaro. Originally ice cream maker in the small town of Castelbuono , region of Palermo ( Sicily ), he passed on to his children a taste for pastry and local know-how. It was in the 1990s that the company really developed nationally and internationally under the leadership of Nicola , master pastry chef who had the idea of ​​creating “Sicilian” recipes from panettone , famous traditional cake from northern Italy.
