On the nose, we discover woody, spicy and slightly toasted notes. On the palate, El Pasador de Oro is full of roundness and softness. We appreciate its caramel notes. • El Pasador de Oro Gran Reserva: an old rum from Guatemala. It comes from a blend of old rums (min 10 years), then it benefits from a 6-month refinement in Cognac barrels. We appreciate these notes of cocoa and vanilla. It has a nice complexity.

HISTORY OF THE DISTILLERY

El Pasador De Oro was created a few years ago by two friends Jean Moueix and Alexandre Sirech. Both passionate about spirits, they have already distinguished themselves in the field of whiskey with the 100% French Bellevoye whiskeys . For the creation of this rum, they turned to the West Indies. The rum is distilled in Guatemala, then it is transported to France where it ages in cognac barrels. This process gives us a warm aged rum with caramelized notes.
