This Tatie Rosine cuvée is an original arranged rum resulting from a 2-month maceration in Vanilla Bourbon and Combava vats! This citrus fruit, known for its intense aroma which reminds us of lemongrass, is appreciated by the greatest chefs. Combined with the sweetness and sensuality of Bourbon Vanilla, Combava brings a touch of freshness and an aromatic complexity that enhances everything! HISTORY OF THE DISTILLERY

Born to a mother from Reunion, who settled in Aix En Provence after studying there, Hugo Randazzo has always been passionate about the traditions and culinary world of this beautiful island. It was therefore quite natural that he decided to share a Creole specialty: arranged rum . Rhums du Sud are made from maceration in vats (and not in bottles like most arranged rums) of traditional rum, fresh fruits and spices carefully selected in a process entirely carried out by hand . Hugo makes a point of using products from its two heartlands, Reunion Island and Provence , ensuring the quality and freshness of its products. Les Rhums du Sud will take you on a journey!
