Presentation Les Vilaines - Coteaux d’Aix En Provence Rosé
A rosé produced by 3 women at Domaine Pey Blanc (Aix en Provence) under the watchful eye of winemaker Gabriel Giusiano (3rd generation of winegrowers) who dedicates part of his production and brings all his know-how in terms of winemaking. A mineral, aromatic and easy-drinking rosé which carries at the same time the accent of Provence , the soul of its terroir, the freshness of the Mistral, the warmth of the sun which caresses the skin... and all the spirit of Les Vilaines: temperament and a good dose of lightness!
HISTORY OF THE ESTATE
The idea of Les Vilaines was born in Provence, from the meeting of three women, all very different, but who have in common the pleasure of appreciating good wines, and above all of liking to share them together. The desire to bottle their friendship and make a wine that reflects them. "We chose the land of Provence to make our first wine and the color of rosé, a true emblem of the territory which concentrates both the expression of the terroir, embodies the southern art of living, reflects know-how and conveys the values of sharing, friendship and good manners. A rosé for every moment, a pleasure that is both complex and “uninhibited”.”
Bottled by SAS PEY BLANC, Gabriel Giusiano, winemaker in Aix en Provence. Wine made from grapes grown in sustainable agriculture which is limited to prophylactic techniques (manual or mechanized work). Preservation of the terroir, organic amendment. Nomacork synthetic cap (smart green made partly with sugar cane) Leak-proof and zero taste defects.
FOOD AND WINE
Very fresh, with friends for moments of sharing and friendship. From aperitif to meal, with grilled meats, salads, Mediterranean specialties and all types of “world food” combinations.
