Cream (milk), monkfish fillets 29 %, white fish fillets (pout, haddock or hake), cream ( milk ), olive oil, passion fruit puree (passion fruit 90%, sugar) 2 %, candied lemon 1%, lime juice 1%, orange concentrate 0.2%, salt, gelling agent (agar-agar). Possible traces of edges.
Storage before opening: at room temperature (avoid hot and humid places). Storage after opening: refrigerated (between 2° and 4°) 3 days.
