Organic Poiré produced by Les Fils de Pomme is made from pears in Vexin-Normand. An organic perry remarkable for its astonishing minerality! With its topaz color and its freshly fruity bubbles, it is a perfect little wonder to accompany a chocolate dessert during moments of sharing.
BRAND HISTORY
Two childhood friends, Théo and Valentin, wanted to perpetuate French tradition and know-how. A successful bet considering the numerous prizes won for their creations. For 2 years they worked on blends to find the perfect recipes.
