Straffe Hendrick is a quadruple dark beer brewed in Belgium. Its color is brown with slight red highlights, with a fine white foam. On the nose we discover complex aromas, both very fruity such as melon and red fruits and hints of roasted malt, even coffee. The palate confirms a complex and interesting beer with fruity flavors of red fruits and grapes always accompanied by roasted notes. It is a powerful but perfectly balanced beer despite its high alcohol content. This beer will be ideal to accompany a dessert, especially a chocolate cake.
