The Oristal Prestige Blanc vintage is a beautiful, ample and delicate Rhône white wine from the Olibrius estate. To the eye, this Côtes du Rhône Villages Laudun Blanc is clear with a pale yellow color. The nose is discreet and delicate with white flowers, lime, verbena infusion, and white flesh fruits like pear. The palate is ample and takes on a lot of volume in the mouth, distilling these subtle floral aromas with finesse. There are also notes of fennel, slightly aniseed. This Oristal Prestige Blanc cuvée from Domaine Olibrius , a beautiful fine and elegant gastronomic white wine which deserves to be found on the most beautiful tables.

History of the estate

Domaine Olibrius is a confidential estate of only 2.5 hectares of old vines. At its head, Marc Danielou, a true wine enthusiast who does not come from a wine-growing background but who, through his love of wine, began to vinify wines in his garage (the famous garage wines !) until he acquired a few plots of vines and releasing its first vintage in 2009! Self-taught and ambitious, Marc Danielou produces sublime , original and atypical vintages in the Côtes Du Rhône and Côtes Du Rhône Villages Laudun appellations. In short, wines with a strong personality worked like great wines (long aging in barrels, small yields, etc.) for an almost unbeatable quality/price/pleasure ratio!
