HISTORY OF THE ESTATE
In 2018, Fabien Brutout moved to Noizay by taking over 4 hectares of vines in AOC Vouvray and Touraine. At the same time, with his farmer brother who took over the family farm, he planted 2 hectares of vines in the north of Indre-et-Loire, in the hamlet of Encloître (Beaumont-la-Ronce).
