HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Domaine des Quatre Vents is a 10ha family estate located in the heart of the Cassis appellation in Provence. Camille de Montillet is the 3rd generation to take care of the vines, keen to preserve its terroir and its environment, the estate in organic conversion. Spread along the seaside, on the hillsides and in the valleys, the vines allow us to discover the beautiful diversity of terroir of the Cassis appellation. The Domaine des Quatre Vents offers us a White cuvée, star of the appellation with a fresh and floral wine, a rounded Rosé and an astonishing Red Cuvée without tannins, a UFO to discover for all lovers of atypical wines!
